Soon after graduating from college with a business degree in 1983, Broker and Certified General Appraiser, Tom Evans began his career - a career that would soon evolve into what is now one of the leading appraisal and real estate firms in Northwest Oklahoma specializing in serving commercial, agricultural, residential and small business clients.  Since opening its doors, Encompass has expanded its service area, created jobs and added key professional team members.  In addition to valuation and brokerage services, Encompass serves clients by providing small business consulting, marketing and brand development and sustainability planning. 

In 2008, Custom Land Management (CLM), an affiliate of Encompass Financial Services, Inc., was the first client to be accepted into the James W. Strate Center for Business Development.  In the three years of operation in the incubator, CLM was able to grow and increase community involvement significantly by working with several city, county and economic development clients.  In 2011 CLM consolidated with Encompass and marked this transition by moving to its new corporate headquarters in Downtown Enid, Oklahoma and with a northwest branch office in Cherokee, Oklahoma.
